We review construction contracts,
advise clients on the implications of certain provisions, and propose revisions to terms that could be detrimental to our clients. We also draft agreements for a variety of circumstances (including owner-contractor agreements, change orders, lien disclosures, lien
releases, subcontracts, emergency service contracts, non-compete agreements, and partnership and joint venture agreements).
We also prosecute and defend
payment disputes and lien claims.
Losing a loved one is difficult. We approach these cases with the care and compassion they deserve.

If probate is necessary, we guide our clients through the process in the least stressful, most efficient, and cost-effective manner possible.
We represent buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions. Our services include reviewing and drafting purchase and sale
documents, promissory notes,
deeds of trust, easements, deeds and excise tax affidavits, and boundary line adjustments.
We are the go-to resource for local realtors and escrow officers when legal issues arise for their clients. We offer creative solutions to
complex problems that can arise
in the course of a transaction. We understand the time-sensitive nature of real estate transactions and provide quick responses and turnaround times. We handle quiettitle actions, adverse possession claims, boundary line disputes, easement disputes, and other property-related claims.
If you purchased a property and later discovered conditions that were not disclosed by the seller, contact us to evaluate your options. We handle misrepresentation, failure to disclose, and concealment claims.
Did you recently discover a lien
against your property? Are you being threatened with a lien? We have successfully challenged many unlawful liens, often with an award of costs and fees for our client.
We also prepare leases and property management agreements.
Fordham Law, PLLC prepares wills, revocable living trusts, pour-over wills, testamentary trusts, durable powers of attorney, community property agreements and living wills (aka healthcare directives).

I hired Inge after the unexpected, sudden and traumatic loss of a loved one. Inge was always responsive, very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate, and always addressed all of my questions. She worked tirelessly on my behalf, was always up-front, honest and ethical, and worth her weight in gold. I will continue to recommend Inge to my family and friends without hesitation. I've hired other attorneys and fancy law firms in the past ten years, and I can say unreservedly that Inge Fordham is, by far, the best one out there.

As a young Contractor, Inge has been our guardian Angel. Our company grew quickly and with that growth came bigger jobs and opportunities. Our first large project went upside down and that is when I first was introduced to Inge. She helped me with our contract formats, educated me on everything a company and an owner should know. Has been there through mentally tough times and situations. Without Inge I don't know where we would be as a company. Can't express the appreciation I have for her. I highly recommend Inge for any and all construction and real estate needs. Thank you Inge. For everything you do for us

Have you ever needed to replace a fence that you share with a neighbor who is completely impossible? We did, and thankfully we were smart enough to hire Inge Fordham to help us know our legal rights and make our project possible. If you hire Inge, she will have your back 100%, be available when you need her, and help take on people who are just impossible to deal with. I felt very confident having her represent our inteterests and would recommend her to anyone needing her field of expertise.

Ms. Fordham has a mannerism that instantly puts you at ease. She is as sharp as a whip! We had a contractor breathing down our neck nickle and dime-ing us (or trying to) with made up, trumped up charges. Ms. Fordham instantly cut through the clutter, addressed the issue and the contractor went from overly bold and demanding to apologizing. Ms Fordham is good people! She's honest, forthright and generous with her time. We now have an attorney for all of our construction and estate planning needs.

We’re a local builder in Snohomish County. Within just a couple minutes of talking with Inge, I knew, this was the person I wanted in our company's corner. She is unbelievably knowledgeable, clear, concise, and personable. She immediately makes you feel comfortable, and secure that you’ve hired the right person to go to bat for you. In a world full of unsure things or people, she 100% has your best interest in mind. We as a company, sleep easier at night having her on our team. Highly, highly, recommended.

I was referred to Inge by a friend after having an illegal lien placed on my house. Inge and her staff were precise, timely and straight to the point. They kept me in the know at all times. She was affordable and only charged for necessities. She clearly knew the law and I am confident if she did not feel this was a winnable case she would have been straightforward and advised me otherwise. I would highly recommend her and her staff and am forever grateful to be done with this nightmare.
